MakeMe is a spa center which provides beauty care services for both gender. MakeMe expands their services across south India. They planned to land in personal grooming products selling through online along with their spa and saloon services. Though they have uncertainty in success in product selling in ecommerce platform. They had confident in their goal since already they have good market visibility. Make Me planned to develop mobile app to mobile user who can browse the product and buy online.

GOAL
Make Me approached us to get kick start mobile app development to create seamless online purchase . Through Mobile app user can registry quickly and browse the products and view details to process checkout. MakeMe set bench mark based on market research that they did. They defined a competitive value proposition to meet competitive market.
PROCESS
DISCOVER
We jumped into user research to understand user perspective for personal grooming products. Through user research and survey we gathered what they need, feedback and problems they face in competitor platform. MakeMe have user base through their spa service which made us easy to discover business and user needs.

DEFINE
We synthesized research findings and analyzed opportunity to innovate new solutions which would make unique value proposition. We created persona for both the gender and synthesized data what we gathered from discover stage .

We created gender and age category based user journey work flows to map user needs and opportunity to create innovative ideas to bring exceptional user experience design. Customer journey map helped us to figure out opportunity to innovate and fulfill user needs. We defined user flows and content architecture in low fidelity prototype to brainstorm ideas with team. Thought out shortened user flows to make purchase experience incredible and increase phenomenal conversion rate.

DESIGN
We were started designing brand images and color theme to attract different age group users. We set bold and pleasant color scheme.
Created simple and intuitive mobile app interactive screens which helped us to showcase among with stakeholder to elicit feedback.

OUTCOME
We delivered a complete app design solution to compete market and success in their goal as defined in bench mark. Our design solution make trust on purchase and increased confidence user to select the product to use.
